Cork gives these figures a realistic look because of its color and texture. Years ago at a Christmas basar, children were so disappointed that these figures were only decorations. So, be careful hanging these gingerbread men on the Christmas tree! They don’t taste well! You can also make many of these and arrange them on a plate as a table decoration. Any shape that gets used for cookies can be also used such as stars and hearts. Decorate accordingly.
